Baby Dedications

HighPoint believes children are a gift from God, and it is for this reason, along with the fact that Jesus was dedicated by his parents, that we practice dedicating babies to God. Child dedication is a public commitment you make before God, your church, and your family.

The dedication service provides you, the parent(s), an opportunity to express publically your desire to lead and spiritually nurture your child in cooperation with the Holy Spirit, so your child will develop a desire to love God and love others. It also provides an opportunity for us to pray for your child that God protects them, provides for them, and empowers them to live the Elevated Life.

Dedications take place on Mothers Day in May and on the first Sunday in November.
